  • @bigshane69 bench press is weird I'll give you that but the other numbers are ok... I squat 400lbs, 550 for a golgoth like him wouldn't be impossible

  • @bigshane69 This guy was a power lifter as well as a bodybuilder. I've seen videos of him doing massive amounts of weight on Bench and Squat on facebook. His name is Erik Christensen and he's a beast. He squatted 705 x10 box squats when he was 18 and benched 365 x8.

  • @bigshane69 I am 6'0" and 170#, My bench is only 205, but my back squat is over 300#, Pushpress is 210#, and deadlift is 375#. This guy is MUCH bigger than me so I have no doubt about what he can do. Crossfit hasn't done much for my size, but my strength is getting better all the time

  • @bigshane he does move the weight fairly easy... so I could see it.... crossfit peeps are ridiculously strong... even the women

  • @ fum1n only thing I can think of it is that legs being a larger muscle group in your body its more taxing on the body

  • The vid says 50% of 1 rep max. So this guy bench presses 450lbs, squats 550lbs,and presses 270lbs and dead lifts 630lbs? He's in good shape, but I don't think so.
