Please. Washing machines are very easy to repair. You don't usually need a serviceman. Just take the cabinet off which is usually held on by two whole screws and you will have access to all of the components fairly easily. Figure out which one doesn't work and replace it. Simple as that.

@VideoJug - O.K! You've listed some common washing machine problems! What about how to troubleshoot/repair the speed control? What about how to troubleshoot/repair ANYTHING on a washing machine? Was this an advertisement to remind washing machine owners on how to call a repairman; or, only a skit starring, and, narrated by, two idiots whom viewers can mock? If you'd have had a pretty woman in it, it would have at least been believable!?!?
