Did you have any major bruising on your face, how often did you drink fluids afterwards and what did you drink, water and stuff or mainly protein drinks like "Ensure" (at least thats what I have) I just got out of the hospital today after having the surgery on Thursday and was wondering when you got out of hospital. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I'm on day 7 of my surgery and I feel a lot better than I did. The big thing for me was my sinuses. Evidently they were filled with blood and the pressure was absolutely unbelievable. Horrible. But then I got a hold of some saline rinse and that worked miracles. I feel great. I just want to eat so bad!

@SheDropsDead thats really goo. my surgeon just wants to keep these tight rubber bands and splint till tomorrow hopefully i will be able to eat chips too..im happy for you ;)
