where does he get this stuff???

cool.

@DRAGOON009ify no, you can't
-
can you trigger uranium with a fire o somewhat like the principle of a firecracker?
-
@soberek There's nothing inside the funnel that would kill you in a few minutes if you took a sip of it.
The worse thing is nitric acid which could, depending on its concentration, corrode your insides. Neither are weak solutions of uranium or plutonium deadly in such short notice. They would only increase the risk of certain types of cancer. And kerosene would put you in a coma.
-
@DRAGOON009ify How did you come to that conclusion watching this video? No, it isn't in a liquid form.
And this is not liquid uranium. It's a solution of an uranium salt. The same goes for plutonium.

@DurexDurpaneu2 You're not the smartest cookie in a jar, are you?
-
@BiggerThinking1 And BTW sand is not silicon. Sand is silicon dioxide, and it takes a hell lot of energy to obtain silicon from it. Energy and fluorine.
-
@BiggerThinking1 Silicon is made by using fluorine. I was merely trying to point out the sheer stupidity of your comment which was implying that kerosene and nitric acid are something dreadful and in the top list of the worse industrial processes.
Where's the problem with this separation? You understand that it's not done in the middle of a rainforest, in a clay jar, but shielded and controlled, posing absolutely no threat to anyone?

"A mixture of uranium and plutonium in kerosene oil" What a nice example of green chemistry !
