Fly fishing early spring on the north shore, a Kamloop Trout gets under a huge ice chunk and makes things a little bit difficult. The North Shore is full of accesible rivers to fish. Dead drifting was the technique used in this footage. When these fish get in a extremely dormant state, you want nothing but a drift of perfection. Conservation is a key component along this watershed and needs to have more awareness raised. Keep the native steelhead around for future generations to share what we have now. If you do decide to bring a fish home, make sure you check the clippings which designate natural vs. stocked fish.
