Ali Larijani in his remarks at Munich Security Conference suggested a common paradigm for world powers and regional powers based on 4 values. VOA's Vafa Mostaghim questions those values based on existing facts in Iran.

@afkamistan Israel shares the same strategic goals as any freedom seeking Iranians. The destruction of the regime is not for negotiation. Larijani has openly advocated shooting at demonstrators so therefore if spilling the blood of innocent Iranians does not upset his consience then the taking of his life should not bother me in the slightest. A dignitary is a respected official of a legitimate government not a terrorist occupying entity which stones women and rapes virgins before burning them.

@babak64 Actually Babak, he ranked #1 in Aryamehr university, he was jailed by SAvAK, and Dr zarghami intervened to get him out, for which he reciprocated and got Dr Zarghami out after revolution when he was jailed. He is not an illiterate by any stretch of imagination. I have heard even IAEA, lawyers who work with him praise him for his intelligence it does not absolve him from his responsibilities. Lets be fair and give credit, when is due, no matter how much we may hate their policies.

@delaraZarin You might be right if they asked their questions in Persian but they ask in english and someone needs to translate it to Persian anyway and what is that! The power of Larijani or his weakness? You might have sympaty for this brutal regime but In my eyes they are worse than worse enemy of Iran & Iranians.
