TAMIYA 1:48 A6M2 'Zeke' - Kit Review

This is my Zero.

It's a Tamiya 1:48 and took me about three months to build, mostly because I made alot of modifications.

MODIFICATIONS

- Additional switches and an altimiter to the cockpit

- Machine guns added

- Extra landing gear decals

- One coat for primer, five additional coats for White

- Additional engine parts added

Great model does not matter how long it takes imho but you enjoy doing the build . "Its the journey that counts ". Could you havea go at a Wheeled tank such as a puma or LAV etc . keep up the good work . Best wishes

THREE months?? Isn't that kinda long...? A kit like this should take no more than a week. I airbrush everything, including the camo. Cutting out the holes in the paper for the camo takes a lot of time. Still, a kit like this should be finished within a week if you work on it every day. If I remember correctly this airplane should have far more (smaller) spots.
