@nandutzu : Tell me why?
Does the watch is broken? I don't think so. I've done this operation a hundred times.
A professional teached me how to do it.

0:24 Kind of brutal but if the watch is a beater then this is fine. I like mine to look showroom fresh. So I use plastic tools for bezels.

Is the bezel removal the same on a 1973 5513? It has the bi-directional autolock bezel (no click).
I don't want to change the insert, only give the watch a good clean.

wat about the ridged part around the actual bezel insert do they sell those too?

Two jewelers wanted to charge me between $40-60 dollars today,to do this simple change.
I was cleaning my submariner with CDA and alcohol, (BAD combination) I ended up losing the luminous dot from the bezel. I don't want to spend hundreds on a new ceramic bezel insert when I ONLY need the dot. do you know where I can find one?
