I've spent a huge deal of time editing this video, trying new things... learning 3D animation, rigging, and matchmoving. I'm very pleased at all that I have learned... and would like to thank everyone that voted for me in the Confound Editing competition. It's been a breeze working with potter, and I hope this can be a stepping stone for more awesome videos.

Potter:
I've known Ron for quite a while, always used to bug him for a video with Roses in it haha. In the end, he ended up making me one and it was simply amazing, i don't think i could ask for anything more. I greatly appreciate your efforts for making me this video Ron.

Much love...
Potter

REVIEW:
So, here I am reviewing the most amazing movie SF has ever seen... And amazing it is. The movie started off with a sleek intro, and Ron displayed creative use of the frame blending technique right from the first frag. The soundtrack was quite honestly the best soundtrack I've ever heard on an SF frag movie, the color corrections were unique in every aspect, and Ron once again displayed amazing creativity with new things such as advanced blood, flying jets, custom shell casings and revolutionary 3D text effects whilst pushing the boundaries of slow-motion video editing. This was also the first time I've seen a proper 3D bullet effect in an SF frag movie, and the Optical Flares pack from Video Copilot was used expertly. The syncing was great and I loved how the entire movie changed at where the music changed. The frags were great as well, clearly showcasing Potter's skill with the M4. I haven't seen any effect being overused in this movie either, which is hard to do when making such an effects-based movie.

Overall I can say this movie is practically flawless. However I would be a bad reviewer if I wouldn't be able to find at least one flaw... Therefore I've found two flaws, not counting minor mistakes: First off the shell casing wasn't really needed since SF already features ingame shell casing, and in some clips the fact there were two shell casings was disturbing to a perfectionist like me. The other flaw I noticed was the warping problem which occurs when using frame blending; I would count this as a quality con.

I consider myself lucky that I'm in a position to review this movie, and I want to congratulate Ronald Griffin on winning the Confound Gaming editing competition. I'm glad to see there's finally a movie that deserves a spot on the SF homepage!

  • @LuckyMarketGameplay The only thing i can say about the game is that it has fun game play

  • Potter no one is on your side at this momment and still hate you for this just pay ronald and move on with your life. This topic was already done on the forums potter nuff said have a good day :D bye.

  • dude, this is some mad editing skills

  • How much do you cost generally to make something like this?

  • @ronaldcgriffin You should just take the name "Potter" off the title and make it anonymous.

  • @ronaldcgriffin -_- It's people like him that make our community look bad. Oh well, you benefited from that video too, so it's all good I guess.

  • @coolbreez4 And he still has the guts to say he actually shouldn't be paying, rofl. I was in a tight spot, would have taken it down if it didn't win the competition.

  • @ronaldcgriffin Wow what a fag. He's a disgrace to English people. You should take this video down, unless you want people to see what you're capable of doing.
