no way the R8 V8 does 0-60 faster than the 2012 carrera S. You guys need to check your numbers or fire the carrera driver.

@chuckaloz Price no, power yes. Unless you splurge on all of Porsche's options the R8 v8 is still 20% more expensive, and by that logic a reasonable comparison would be an older GT3, especially because of the age difference between these two cars. And the current turbo/turbo S variants are more than adequate to provide an excellent comparison with the V10. The new Turbo will be exponentially more capable of outperforming most anything and should be saved for something equally ridiculous lol.

@chuckaloz Because "G" doesnt translate directly into cornering speed. It has as much relevance as measuring horse power without knowing the weight of the vehicle.
