Rwanda Genocide

The Rwanda Genocide was one of worst genocides to occur in the 20th century. Taking place in 1994, hundreds of thousands of Tutsis (a Rwandan ethnic class) were killed in the small African country of Rwanda. Hopefully this five minute video may raise awareness for the usually-overlooked genocide.

@tke992 are you a klansman? Such comments tell me that you must hate people with dark skin and the such. Did you forget the holocaust? Or are you one who believes it never happened? What about the white serbs murdering 8000 white muslims in Bosnia? Or the yellow Khmer Rouge murdering 3 million of their own people? the fact the there is hate below(comments), doesn't matter if you hate whites, blacks, or any color, racism is racism. We as a population deserve to have our eyes sewed shut so when we touch the hand of another ethnicity, another human it will feel that same, and bleed the same. I don't understand why we can't have a international military force ready to fight this genocide. When it happens we should mobilize instantly and put men on the ground to attack the offenders. Also establish temporary safe houses where the people can go to right away to be protected. There they can be guarded by forces until it is safe again to come out.

I went to Rwanda last year and am going back there again later this year. They are a wonderful people and I am honoured to count 100's of them as my friends. It saddens me hugely to see all the racist comments underneath, race doesn't distinguish us as to our worth, only our attitudes. Some of the comments below are reminiscent of Hitler and Stalin, but the truth is you would've been scared witless if their henchmen had knocked on your door!

@NNNForum We are all evil, not only Africans. Don't forget the holocaust that took place in Europe. Asians also have their genocides(Mao, Pol Pot) of course. The reason that Africans behave more animals today is because of lack of education and development. It has nothing to do with biology and the genetic make up of Africans.
