Sad Day as Crow swoops in and kills our baby owl.

Crows attack our Mommy owl. Mom displays toe dusting and aggressive behavior, but alas, she looses the fight...:( This was a VERY sad day for us at kidsinthenest as we monitor this live feed 24X7 and were so excited to see the chicks born

No...they will tell me as they told someone else 4 FUCKING MONTHS AGO that the the owls are in a barn 50 miles away. You're kind of illiterate aren't you? Seriously, think about the situation. Even if these birds WERE caged and the wild crows got in to the cage...well if a crow can get IN, a barn owl can absolutely get OUT. DID you even watch any of the other videos? Because they have videos of rhinos does that mean they have captive rhinos? You're not very smart in the least.

This is NOT sad at all. Owls eat baby crows all the time. Sometimes they injure animals and bring them to the nest to be devoured and ripped appart by their owl babies. So to me, this is a case of sweet, sweet karma. The death of one nasty baby owl means life or hundreds of other little critters, most of which are mammals.

It’s common owl behavior to hunt, eat or otherwise mangle crows and their chicks, especially at night (crows are diurnal songbirds). The crow probably got sick of his family members getting killed and abducted the owlet out of spite. (That’s what my crows did one summer after an owl killed 3 of them a chick, a youngster and the big daddy crow that was guarding the chicks. Mama crow and the rest of her older offspring tracked the owl and killed all the owlets by droping them out the roost)

You know it's kind of funny that people want crows hunted down, when if you look at it from another angle, there are crows with all-black feather plumage.

like the video but can the corny song, i love animals but sorry, them crows would be getting chased off by me with a pellet gun which I would have to go buy because I don't have one. I understand it is the circle of life but the baby owl we found in our yard has been getting picked on by the crows and if I had a gun I would shoot them, they are such vultures.
