This is actually the best game i played since Skyrim. A hell of alot better than AC3... Still an original comment thou :p

I don't see how linear on-rails gameplay, quick-time events, banal set-pieces, and ZERO re-playability makes for good game design. It's a big drop from past games in the series which had moderately open-ended levels and challenging puzzles.

I was on the same level of skepticism as you about a week ago, before buying this. I was making the EXACT same complaints, but decided to go for it anyway. I won't tell you you will like it, but I will say my skepticism was completely erased. I was thoroughly impressed with this game. It's not hugely free-roam, but it gives you different things to do. The game play is a little difficult, but overall good, and the story is very well done.
