Once I heard A Song of Storm and Fire, I was immediately hooked on Yuki Kajiura's music. Can't believe I've lived this long without hearing it before.

Well, let's see, from what I know Yuki Kajiura-sama is a Japanese composer and has created music for several animes and a couple of video games.
She doesn't normally sing but instead composes and plays the keyboard/piano in some of her music.
She's known for producing beautiful pieces of music :) I hope that helps ^^
