I have acne all over my chest and shoulders, It really don't bother me that much, I don't understand why people make such a fuss over acne, it could be worse. Which I'll admit if I was a woman it probably would bother me.

mine on my cheast was just as bad as this i couldnt do anything without them popping i ended up skipping school all time n have literally no confidence as i av scars everywere iv left school n dont want 2 go for a job cos i just av no confidence and somehow my parents n stuff have fell owt wiv me but they just dont take me serious

I've had severe acne for a while and I've been given lots of treatments by doctors but none have helped. I'm about to go on a course of Ruacatane (I think that's the correct spelling?). I was wondering if it's good? I've heard very good reviews about it from friends I know who have been on the same treatment :)

Hey AcnePractice, I have had body acne just under my chest up to my neck and on my back in between my shoulders. I've been scratching, poping the acne for about 2 years now, will it just go away if I completely stop touching it (other than cleaning)? Thanks :D
