While most teens know that smoking had a large detrimental effect on your health, it is little known that smoking can make it impossible to do popular physical activities. The effects that smoking has on your respiratory and cardiac systems can prevent you from performing your best, and after years of buildup, prevent from participating in the activity at all.

Remember Kids, only 5 Cigarettes can get you hooked!

JRoss- Evan I really liked this video. I think you did a very good job at making the point about smoking. I liked your ideas about the contrast between what you couldn't do because of... and then the reasoning. Well done and the information given was a tad gross but definitely got the point across. Again well done Evan and thank you for keeping it short and sweet!

It's a great perspective on the issue of smoking showing all the things you wouldn't be able to do if you started. The song set a good mood. The pictures had a strong and shocking effect, and discourage greatly the act of smoking. The humour about the dead people and their lungs took away from overall impact of the video.

The length was slightly short for such a huge topic. The information was well put together, but slightly boring. I don't think this would appeal to the targeted audience. The editing and music was very well done.

Overall it does have room for improvement but good job.

Can i point out something, the man made 70 and he was obviously a heavy smoker. Whats that saying, 70 is a reasonable age to die isnt it. And also i have smoked for about 7 or 8 years and as long as you continue with regular exercise you really do not lose a massive amount of fitness from it. I play competitive rugby, and it does not impact on me

they do both where in NZ, they actively run campaigns against binge drinking, but people laugh at them really, because the scenarios they depict are really far removed from what reality is like. Makes me laugh, but they have stopped graphic smoking ads and run with more positive lines of support, giving the perspective of people who have quit and how they are proud of it, rather than shock tactics

yeah, sure cigs cause cancer, but my family is FULL of smokers and only one of them died from a smoking related problem. Everyone else is totally fine haha. What's also stupid is the goverment doesn't run campaigns against alchohol but they do tobacco. It's because the government is all wrapped up in that industry and makes alot of money off of it. It's total bullshit that they advertise Budweiser but not Marlboro or Copenhagen. Think of how many lives alcohol has ruined...

well i have been a chain smoker a few yrs ago, and now i have reduced it to almost 1-2 cigg per week. very soon i'll quit it fully.

yeah smoking is bad for you, but what isn't these days? Why don't we have big ass warning labels on mcdonalds products like they do on dip cans and soon to be cigarette packs? It's all bullshit. I say leave smokers alone, and let them do what they want. And i don't even smoke.....
