  • In case anyone sees this in the near/distant future, I was the one who programmed the software for this experiment. I assure you, it's real :)

    The guy in the background is Nick Anderson, a PhD graduate of the Leuthardt BCI lab.

  • it is real and he set a record. getting to level 5 on space invaders using bci

  • they dont have to be implanted into your brain. there's such things as not invasive brain to computer interface devices

  • lol! Agreed! The REAL thought-controlled machines have electrodes implanted in your BRAIN. So far, I think a few paralyzed men and perhaps a dozen research monkeys have undergone the procedure. Pick up a copy of Nature or Science and you'll find chimpanzees using robotic arms to feed themselves. FAR more interesting than this nube.
