Herb Snitzer is a photojournalist whose career has covered more than 45 years. He has had stints at Life, Look, The Saturday Evening Post, Fortune, Time, as well as at the New York Times and Herald Tribune, and one of the leading jazz magazines, Metronome. His photographic, social and political interests have covered a wide spectrum of issues. His work is in the collections of many museums and private collectors: the Museum of Modern Art, Houston Museum of Fine Arts and Boston Museum of African American History, and the collections of Elton John, Bill Cosby, Bill and Hillary Clinton, to name a few. He moved to St. Petersburg, Fla., in 1992, establishing a studio at Salt Creek Artworks. Tampa Bay's Media Talk co-hosts: Janet Sherer & Rob Tiisler.
