To Deaf-Christians: How many you support woman to be pastor and to be not pastor?

I just curiously, do you mind left the comments for yes or no and support for woman pastor or not. But not here for debate for why, etc. point out for yes and no.

I think that I should say NO but only Let God call any women to be ministry of the women or special teacher. "The Pastor" itself that Only God give His authority to someone who can be pastor in His church. I do not care about how sex they are. They can use the knowledge of God's Word what they need to learn. agree?
