  • he looks like donnie chen

  • For someone who travels frequently with only access to hotel gyms (usually only treadmills and maybe a nautilus or a few free weights) what are good no-equip exercises? I can use the chair or bed in my room for the ball for stretching however I'm trying to think of some good back exercises. I do train at a Kickboxing/MMA gym near my home when in town however I need to be able to carry a consistent routine while traveling.

There's an ebook Eric, on-the-road MMA training in your hotel room ;)

  • how long do u do the mobilization thing?

  • Thanks for sharing Eric. I love your Ultimate MMA workout material! Keep it up

  • I'm not into mma or anything like that but I do have kyphosis. I also have been starting to work out quite a bit now which probably doesn't help my posture any seeming as I don't do too many back exercises. But these look to help get me that straight posture. Thanks.
