Blisterwort, sabre cat tooth, glowing mushroom, and spriggan sap = fortify smithing, sabre cat eye, wheat, blue mountain flower = restore health, river betty, imp stool, and canis root = paralysing poison thats pretty sweet. uhh you need to enchant a ring, a necklace, some bracers, and a helmet with fortify alchemy

Nirnroot, ice wraith teeth, vampire dust, luna moth wings are invisibility potion ingredients also.
