Passengers and crew members from the Crystal Concordia cruise ship are still missing and survivors are speaking out about the chaotic evacuation following the grounding of the ship off the coast of Italy. CBS News transportation correspondent Mark Strassmann reports on cruise ship safety procedures.
Where the ship is registered has nothing to do with safety standards. Any ship that schedules a stop in the United States is required to comply with US Coast Guard standards, regardless of what country that ship is registered in.
