Question...I never saw the transmission "lowered" like the title said...does it drop down, if so how far?

I recently purchased a 2012 GT500 and I noticed a slight 1-2 grind during fast shifting. I have been told that the MGW will fix this problem Im thinking about ordering in the next couple days but was wondering if you have heard of this problem and if your product really works to fix it thanks a lot I really appreciate your input!!
