a friend of mines saxo did this and he had his throttle cable to tite, slacked it off by one notch and problem went away

Have you had it remapped? Doesn't look like a fuelling issue more like a throttle sensor. Could even be one of the 02 sensors before or after the cat. Sweet ride though, I love mine!
