Great that she has the courage letting her hair grow for such a long time.
That looks very beautiful.
Hopefully she doesn't get deterred by those people who wants to equalise everything to that uniformed "maximum shoulder length" that is preferred by most of the hairdressers (the shorter the hair the more oftten you have to go for a correcting cut).
