I guess main lesson here is for parents. Talk to girls and women in ur family about possible eve teasing and give them confidence to bear it n inform you the very day it happens. When any girl or women in your family reports eve teasing to you, take it up with NGO or police. Don't behave like angry man and take matters in your hand. If local police don't take notice, escalate it to their reporting police station. Police system can be a little rusty but is not complete hopeless.

Maybe in addition to self-defense the girls need some pepper spray and some military training. It would help their confidence for sure as well as protect them.

@divyals123 I don't have any children yet, but I don't even know kung fu myself, still, if I had a girl she'd definitely be learning some self defense.
