Jedi Master Plo Koon's R7-D4 droid has important information on the location of the evil General Grievous. But there are plans to stop the droid from delivering his information to the Jedi council.

The frames were shot with the IPEVO P2V USB camera. The P2V has great picture, but lacks manual exposure control. This animation shows noticeable fluctuations in brightness and color balance typical of automatic-exposure/automatic-white-balance cameras like the P2V. IPEVO has promised me they plan to update the P2V software to allow the P2V exposure and white balance settings be "locked" and never change between frames photographed. This will improve the consistency of stop-motion frames, and will be aewsome! It's a very cool, tiny camera with excellent picture quality for animation. If it had exposure and color balance control, I would use it a loti more. IPEVO - PLEASE UPDATE THE P2V SOFTWARE SOON!

  • Hi, This is your cousin Taylor from Minnesota.

    Pretty cool videos!

  • @superfly7099

    Thank! Glad you like them.

  • nice voiceover work :)

i love the laser at the end, was that done in after effects?

  • @nestoriavisual Thanks! Acutually, the laser blast, blinking bomb light and big explosion were made in FXhome VisionLab Studio, which is like After Effects, but with more presets for movie effects. We will use Adobe After Effects on our next video, the LEGO Viking Ship #7018 time-lapse.

  • Very cool!

  • @tendyourgarden Thanks!

  • Hello from IPEVO. We have updated the software along with our new Ziggi USB Camera. The exposure lock has been included but unfortunately it is exclusively for Ziggi, not P2V.

  • I use this camera too and have the exact same problem as I do a lot of brickfilming. I've emailed them and they replied today saying they are working on an exposure lock but 'there is no release date yet.' It's really annoying.

    Anyway, great video.

  • Lol that was so cool

  • those clones were really stupid, they dont fit with the rest, this reminds me abit of episode 4 when luke and solo get to the death star disguised as clones and the real clones dont realize about it having in count that they are different in size specially luke who is way too short :)
