It's been a month later and still have not heard from anyone.Now we really have to wonder if this is how customers are treated if we have a problem, if sales can't even take the time to sell the product.
Sorry, hopefully next time you have an event you will keep this in mind. Great product though. Our season starts Saturday Aug 16, so now it will be inconvenient to switch the system over.

My salon was very impressed, with your product,we had decided to purchase the product even before we attended the conference in Indy. After the first 4 hours of the 2 day event,we were ready to sign up. I even filled out the form in the packet we receive. It is a shame that when we ask our salesperson to answer a few questions, at the demo kiosk,they excused themselves to talk to someone else,and they never returned. I thought oh well,it was a busy first event, they will call us to follow up.

Centrix still can not work with smartmail (sigh)?? long way to go with centrix i think they need 2 more years to work on centrix
