Community unrest between them and the cops can be justified if they were just standing together and shouting at the cops for doing something wrong , but you got the dumb angry thugs that are just like angry white boys without parents (emo kids) doing something stupid. Most likely they are without parents so you have lots and lots of emo black kids.
