Deuteronomy 22:5 is in reference to the swapping of societal gender roles. Women going to war; and men fraternizing with women, etc.

Taken literally, should women stop wearing pants, boots, long-sleeve shirts and have long hair? Should men stop wearing colorful clothing?

Lev. and Deut. both also condemn shellfish and wearing clothes made of two fibers. You've enjoyed some shrimp/lobster in your day, though, I'm sure. :)
