Got a Joker AV which was defective on arrival. Immediately sent emai, then two others and finally got a really condescending and dumb answer after 6 days. More emails. Finally, they agreed to a return and promised me 5 days for a turnaround repair! At that point I said I want to return the unit. Sure, they said, you have 24 hours and we will sock you for a restocking fee!
If you check on the forums, you will find many complaints about them. Worst e cig company I have ever delt with.

I have had this device, its nice but not worth the price at all... Mine broke after about 40 days, they didn't wanna help me, the only thing they offered was to send it back to them on my dime, plus pay $30 repair fee. Vaprlife can suck it IMO
*if it hadn't of broke without notice, its a nice PV, but I think there are better devices out there for alot less.

@DroidReview Yeah, I think they have made quite a few improvements since this model came out while also decreasing the cost. I've only had it for a few days but it has put time in as I got it second party.... but yeah, so far I am loving it!

The joker is a regulated 5 volt device although they do have an adjustable voltage... as far as product for product I like them both for different reasons. They both vape amazing! I would totally recommend it!
