Curious .. Where he escaped from? Here we have many birds that are banded that are wild . THey do this to help research the birds, or even to help protect them.. Is this what they do where you live? Beautiful Bird.. I hope he is doing ok and Thanks for Positing!

I am not pretty sure but isn't it Australian White Ibis, Threskiornis molucca? It has more white on neck than Sacred.

This is a Sacred because the end of the secondaries are black (but it's not show on this video well...)
