Please message me with the asking price, or post the details here.
Would your husband mind documenting the building of the newer one? I can see many DIY enthusiasts going bananas over a project like this.
How long did this one take to build (from the design stage to road-worthy)?
Thanks.

I've been tinkering with a similar idea. do you cover the open spaces in winter to keep warm, or would that create too much air resistance?

Quite frankly, it doesn't get used much in the winter. We can't use it at all when it's wet out; the electronics are not weather shielded. I'm working on a roof and fairing for it, made of Sunbrella fabric, and hope to get that done in the next few weeks.

It has front and rear lights as well as cruise control. However, no turn signals... yet. They're coming!

It's legally considered a bicycle, since it can be powered solely by pedaling. So it is allowed to go wherever bikes are allowed. In our area, that means roads with speed limits under 50mph.
BTW, it is for sale; my husband is starting construction of a newer one that seats two and has a metal frame.
