have you been told anything about the distance your fists are from your breast? seems like Ive been noticing that they are supposed to be snug against the breast. Just curious.

@louidoggify agree, good comment, Ive been practicing wing chun a while, I take what i can from the original masters. they ALL have their different lil movements but same basic forms. I congratulate this guy, he looks just like he should, honest form. I cant see why any other wing chun practitioner would belittle him.

@Gaara4TL the masters were only saying that if a man practice wing chun to beat 9 men.. fighting doesnt solve societies problems, but if you practice wing chun to promote good health, then wing chun will continue to develope.. STRAIGHT from Ip Chun. Ip Man son.

Form execution is too fast, muscles too tensed, stance is not stable (imagine i push you when you rotate on your stance).
The reason for slow execution, is to be relax then at the last inch exert the force. Then only you can feel the difference between with/without force. Try it.
