Nothing to see here. Move along.

Actually, I am curious about your backsides; In baguazhang, my teacher tells us to keep the pelvis tucked up and forward, like a sitting or crouching cat. Lifting the huiyin and bringing it in line with the baihui connects the governing and conception vessels, as they say. On the other hand, having practiced Okinawan Te, I have seen that those fighters will lower their backsides and compress their stomachs to generate power.
I have never before seen an internal stylist use quite that posture.

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the teacher slow down a little? It looks as though the student is actually going at a good pace to pay attention to his body mechanics. Also, why are you guys lifting your heels so much?

Master He's movement is remarkable. His upper body stays on exactly the same level throughout - fantastic!
