what kind of strings did you use?
-
@applejuicefortyfour i think it has to affect the sound 100% sure,
the low tone loses in strength & the high loses in sharpness..

@skeletone111 Thanx

@neverendingdrumroll Hello, you can leave the washboard off. That was just a little twist I added. Take care.

Is the Washboard needed?

Where in the world did you get the 1/8th inch plywood? I have been looking EVERYWHERE and cant find it.

@jacobdeanmusic Hello, I got it at Lowes. Ask the staff to help you cause a lot of times it is some weird fraction number and they don't use 1/8 increments. It is usually like a laminate furniture grade. The bad thing is you got to buy a whole sheet for such a little piece. Sometimes they will sell a half sheet. But ask the store and they will help you at Lowes or try HomeDepot if you don't have a Lowes. I hope this helps. Let me know. Take care...Tony

Thats a smart idea. Putting a washboard on the side.. does it effect the sound or tone at all?

@applejuicefortyfour I haven't played any but this one and I love the tone. Check out my new Christmas song I wrote on my channel. I used it to record the song. Let me know what you think cause I'm a amateur at it. LOL Take care
