Obama says he wants to bring troops home soon. But he has also said he will leave behind a pro-US government in Iraq and if violence distabilises that government he will send the troops back in.
He wants to continue the fight in Afghanistan and has spoken about extending it to Pakistan and increasing the number of troops by redeploying them from Iraq.
Change? What change?
He's going to continue what Bush was doing all along!
