Northern Belle 37s in Scotland September 2011

In this video we see 3 DRS 37's on the Northern Belle in early September 2011 in North East Scotland

The first clip is at Glendoick between Perth and Errol on Tuesday 6th and we see 37069 and 37409 on the front at speed working 5Z40 Crewe to Aberdeen ECS, 37409 was on the rear.
Then after it's booked pathing stop at Dundee the same working is seen thundering thro Broughty Ferry.
Later that evening we see the first of the private tours from Aberdeen to Perth passing Dundee with some growlage provided by 37069 and 37423 up top with 37409 now on the rear.
The return working is then filmed passing Invergowrie with 37409 solo and again at Carnoustie with superb thrash after another useful pathing stop.
Now onto Wednesday 7th and we see the tour passing Carnoustie heading to Perth again, 37069 37423 up front and 37409 still on the rear.
The return working was captured under a moonlit sky at Montrose, 37409 again working back north solo and opening up just at the right moment!
A daylight run from Aberdeen to Perth operated on Thurs 8th and was powered by 37423 solo with 37069 37409 on the rear and we see this powering away (and shaking the footbridge) from Dundee. VERY lucky with the sun here!!
The return working is then recorded passing Tofthill Farm LC, with 37069 37409 and both 37's working hard and sounding fabulous!
Thee final scene from that day is from Golf Street Halt and the working featured is 5Z45 Aberdeen to Dundee HS ECS move in readiness for a tour to Dunrobin Castle the following day, again the traction is supplied by just 37423 with 37409 37069 on the rear enjoying the ride.
We were back at Invergowrie on Friday 9th for the return of the Dunrobin Castle Excursion, 37409 was working very hard here and could be heard for about 5 minutes before she came into view, wonderful!
The final scene is of the 5Z49 2340 Dundee to Carlisle Kingmoor ECS move which departed about 30 minutes early hauled by 37069 37423, the pair passing Invergowrie in style and a perfect end to a perfect week of 37's in NE Scotland
