If you use protection prayers, you should bring here armours with good prayer bonuses. In this video gear is for piety using, not protects, but everything is still good.

could a lvl 90 do this? with (77 str [atm] 72 att and 72 def along with 46 prayer???

@mattykinz12  its callled a cobat potion :) it helps ur att and str, maybe def idk tho

Also, many people choose to bring super defence potions, and instead of using protect prayers like you did, use piety, chivalry, or the top three (att,str,def) prayers, (forgot the names). Nice guide overall though :).

Btw.. what was that second potion you had.. the brownish one or something? :P
