So Nelson you worked with Tara previously and now you teach your own and you like her way of teaching. From this relationship what I get is "i will scratch your back in turn you do the same for me" so you are protecting each other. It is not Savasana, it is Shavasana (shav=dead body Asana=pose).There is no such thing as letting go in Yoga, there is no focus on single thing in Yoga. Probably you don't even know the meaning of Yoga. Sanskrit is Yoga and Yoga is Sanskrit that is how it is written.

I actually worked for her last spring in NYC @ Strala, and took her teacher training summer 2010. She is an amazing teacher! Like all other yoga, she has you focus on your breath, let it carry you into the next pose. She does Savasana, she talkes about letting go". The only thing she does diffrent from everyother yoga teacher is that fake, breathy, fake-softy voice, who really can't pronounce Sanskrit anyway. YES, she is certified, as am I. I now teach my classes authenticlly, cause of her!

Personally, I don't see how she's hurting people. If she's upbeat and vivacious with yoga in her life, who are you to tell her that she's doing it wrong?

I've had a long-standing injury or two that's limited my mobility and activity levels for so long, and finding you was one of the best things I could have done for my health and well-being. So, thank you for that... and... Please, keep doing what you clearly love and excel at. <3

a part of Yoga then what you teach is wrong. Who is your yoga teacher? Are you certified? Do you know anything about OM, Naaada, Sur and Laya? If you don't then you are a fake teacher with no legs to stand on. STOP MARKETING YOURSELF. Tara you don't know Yoga, wearing skimpy clothes and showing poses doesnot make you a Yoga teacher. STOP MODELING YOUR KIND OF YOGA, IT WILL HARM MORE PEOPLE THEN BENEFIT.

When someone like Tara Imparts fake Yoga then actually what you are doing is you are harming people who want a quick fix in their life. If Yoga is not about physical,spiritual and philosophical then what is is about? When I saw Tara's videos first thing I realized about her was, she talks fast, she has gibberish knowledge of traditional Yoga, why she doesn't a have a calm demoner? Yoga calms you down? Tara why you are so hyped up? Are you on stimulants? If breathing is not......cont'd

Tara Stile is a fake Yoga instructor who teaches Yoga because her modeling career is going no where, so she devises this "scheme" and calls it Nontraditional Yoga.. How is she nontraditional when all the elements of Yoga are not imparted in your practice? She calls it physical. If it is, then how come her mentor Deepak Chopra is so fat? Maybe she should impart her "little knowledge" of Yoga to Deepak. Tara one question who is Yogananda? Is he a traditionalists or is he like you? cont'd....

physical,spiritual and philosophical way of harmonizing your body and soul. What Tara teaches is modeling of Yoga. Not Yoga.Tara learn to respect traditions. By the way if Deepak Chopra is your fan then I have to tell you, Yoga is not Deepk chopra or Deepak chopra is not Yoga. Tara if you want to make money then try some American Traditional ways, it's amazing how a non descript, non traditional, not known entity can claim to be a yoga expert. TARA YOU ARE TEACHING WRONG, AND HARMING PEOPLE.
