Awww...that looks like my Chili! I had to give her away when we moved. She bonded to me and hated everybody else...so they hated her too! She screeched constantly unless I let her out of the cage to ride around on my shoulder (the cats really looked forward to that!). Chili had quite a vocabulary and spoke pretty clearly. She was 5 when we parted. She went to a nice kid that worked in a pet store and was used to getting bit and the noise! LOL. I still miss her a lot, tho.

genny2000 conures talk alot including suns in kindergarten there was a sun he talked ALOT now i have a sun whos name is jelly bean ( nick name is jelly belly ) he cant talk but he laughs just like me

Your bird is so lovely and adorable! Can it say more than his name now? Mine is a Jenday Conure, close to 4 months old. I say to it its name many times a day even though I know this kind isn't the greatest talking bird. It can respond to its name but doesn't try to vocal it except screaming and grunting...

I have a Sun Conure with the exact same name! I taught him his name and two weeks saying it to him about 15 minutes a day, now he wont stop saying it. He's 6 months old.
