@YouGotSubbed i think the reason the majority of people dont like this cover is the same reason people get upset with joy division covers. the emotion put out by the artist is just unequaled. but i personally like the cover

its alright. its okay. but Brights Eyes/ Conor puts more heart/emotion/soul into the song. Conor wins my heart. never fails. but this version of the song is alright.

No this is so beautiful. I just cried and cried listening to this. I have never heard such a beautiful cover of this wonderful amazing fucking song. I never liked Jason Mraz before, but I definitely do now. By the way I am totally obsessed with Conor, and I, too, usually find people imitating his music very offensive, but this song is so beautiful. Omg.

As good as the original? No. He is a musician thought that must have some sort of connection to this song, so i have no problem with the fact that he is singing it. He is doing his thing and whether I like it or not, it's music and I respect that. Of course he can't capture the emotion that Conor did.. but that's irrelevant.

Haha i love how close-minded the bright eyes fans are. I'm really disappointed in their ignorance, as if covering a song is a competition. It's a tribute, it's not supposed to sound the same or sound better. You are faggots.
