What did you use to read out these codes ? I repair a lot of laptops, and some times is't not entierly certain what is the problem - chipset, graphics or BIOS - it would be nice to be able to read out these codes. I have seen these modules meant for the Parallel printer port, is that what you are using ? Regards, Per.

@zaprodk It's a mPCI card. You can buy it on ebay for example. There are many types and price ranges.

@circuitdotlt Oh, thanks for the quick answer! - Well it's cool it's an mPCI card, but then, how did you put it into the DV6000 ? It has only a mini PCIe slot ?

@zaprodk It's a double standard card that fits both mPCI and mPCIe slots (long side fits mPCI and short one - mPCIe). As I said, there are many kinds.
