Kostly and Viking - I am on the same page! I don't think she's beatable! She's never broken a sweat! She just destroyed that Classic field with everything stacked against her. I would love to see her in the Dubai World Cup! Maybe try her on turf and go for the Arc! What an otherworldly legend she could become!

What say you now?? USA Today had 14 handicappers, count them, 14, pick the race, & not 1 of them picked her. Red faces all 'round. So much for the 'experts'. Ho-Hum. I collected $85.00 for a $10.00 across bet.

I'd love to see her in the Dubai World Cup. I've followed her since her first stakes race, initially due to her running style when I first saw her. I grew up in racing, as my family had horses on the Werst Coast, so I do recognize what an amazing & unique animal she is. Hats off to her owners & trainer for giving her time to get her growth, as she is so big. But she is still a picture of grace, for all her size.

Never a doubt. they all overanalyzed the numbers like beyer figures and handicapped her wrong. I never had a doubting bone in my body. I think she could go to 25 and 0 if they ran her. She really is that special a horse.

C'est magnifique!!!
I was there! A b'dy. present from my son. She was superb, & the others never had a prayer! Too bad she will be retired, as she could do so much more, both in distance & class! So much for all the doubters & naysayers. U.S.Today had 14 handicappers & not one picked her. Some red faces in that bunch.

She has never faced a horse as good as Rip Van Winkle, if she wins she will be up with the top mares, but 8-11 she carries Rip Van Winkle 8-10, you cant give horses like Rip Van Winkle weight not even 1lbs in handicap ratings, Zarkava has to find 7lbs on ratings to beat Rip Van Winkle, she needs to be a freak. She looks it, she has a chance but I'd side with Rip Van Winkle as AOB says he is the greatest horse he has ever had and thats some statement, Twice Over is the big outsider.

She sure did run a fantastic race. if she were younger id say run more races, but i think we can all agree that she has earned her retirement...
