This makes me feel a bit depressed considering I havent found love. Especially when Eve says "The garden is lost, but I have found him and are content" Makes me think well what the fuck do I have? At least I'd have a garden if you didnt fuck up!

Mark Twain shows a beautiful relationship between these two characters, no matter if they did seek knowledge from the forbidden tree they loved and remained with each other faithfully. Mark Twain symbolizes that Adam and Eve or the damn human race was never born with original sin in the first place. Being that he was a 33rd degree Freemason perhaps he knew a wisdom that we don't.
