Why this Immigrant opposes Sotomayor for Supreme Court

Those who are immigrants should especially be wary of Judges who think that the color of your skin and your national origin should be her basis for deciding what rights you are allowed. Emy notes that Judge Sotomayor is a 2nd generation immigrant who is conversant (not able to speak well) in the language of hispanic Puerto Rico. While Emy is fluent in two different languages in that other country also colonized by Spain, the Philippines (as well as English). Hence, Emy has as much OR MORE of a right to speak in behalf of Hispanic immigrants, as Sotomayor does.
