I’ve seen people hurt by this very procedure. Besides, it’s just an excuse to molest and grope women. I’m all for sexual energy but in an honorable manner. They’d like you to think this is related to an orgasm but all that is really going on here is his wet dream.

can anyone explain what is going on here? I'm assuming that there is some chi or energy being directed at sensitive points in the body combined with guided breathing and body postures, and a fair amount of tickling. I like how the young girl walks past the camera looking bored.
