This is a good form for a beginner. Keep up the good work. When you get better, you will begin to feel the chi (energy). For now, is look like physical form. Like a beginner Karate form.
Keep up the good work. Do not get discouraged. It Takes time.

But yes, indeed. Just all the writing about the uniqueness of a person's movements in texts and then to see it!

George, how long have you been practicing this Wu form, this form was quite popular in HongKong in 1950s after the friendly match between Wu form and white crane. You are quite particular about the details of the every moves and this is the good way to appreciate the goodness of this form.Congratulations. Paul

I've been doing this on and off since 1962. Glad you like it.

@paihepaulchew May I ask that you learnt this art from the founder Wu's third generation or from Tang Weng Kong's school from Hongkong. You should be very young when you picked up this art.

@paihepaulchew I learned from Cheng Wing Kwong's nephew Cheng Tin Hung when I was 22 years old.

@paihepaulchew Thank you for your kind words. Paul. As sifuoddjob pointed out, dipping head is my drawback because of my physique condition.
