@tdoesntmatter - yes, Accuracy is definitely one of my least fav Cure songs and you're right about Bob's behavior during interviews over the years. It seems we are more or less at about the same level when it comes to being fans. If you're at all curious about my opinion of this early stuff, I wrote a review on Amazon for the TIB deluxe edition. It's the highest rated one, at the top of the reviews.

@179rich I believe you read it, I just have never heard of his love for that song, and yes I have read 10 imaginary years. Bought it in 87 when it came out. Faith is definitely one of Boberts favorites. And that is a very good thing! As for the song Accuracy...it means little to me. He has also stated that he hates World War, which I prefer over Accuracy any day. Robert has been known to fib, joke and make things up so who knows the truth.
@tdoesntmatter - he mentioned "Accuracy" along with much more plausible favorites which I don't remember but one of them was "Faith". He wouldn't be joking about that.
@tdoesntmatter - one would think he would be joking, but he didn't come across that way in the interview. And I know he wasn't thrilled with the way the album was produced but it's too strong to say he hated it. I've read 10 Imaginary Years and plenty of other sources so I know what I'm writing about.
They have just played it in Los Angeles a few seconds ago!

@179rich
If Robert said that, he was joking. He pretty much hates the entire 3IB album.
