Wish i could do that up here. In the winter we use tip-up's on ice,kinda like your jugs.We set them anywhere and check them when the flag goes up.

jug fishing is so much more effective my friend was fishing with his pole and he only caught 1 catfish but when i came with my kayak i brought 4 jugs and caught 6 catfish

We use to go run my friends trout lines we would fill a 50 gallon drum every afternoon took a while to clean all those fish but we had fun. Bret would cook a couvion we would eat a superb meal get high listen to music and just have fun.
